Summary of Position:
Our office manager will make sure data is sorted and stored properly. They will be in charge of overseeing mail: checking the PO Box, sending out Client Welcome Folders, birthday cards, and other mailers. It will be important for the person in this role to make sure the office is always clean and and inviting for clients and agents, which includes ensuring office supplies are always stocked and healthy snacks are available. The office manager will also help the agency with email management and other messages. They will assist with scheduling events and planning conference logistics. Their duties will also include recruiting additional sales agents, managing public relations, and fostering relationships with referral partners. Occasionally directing clients to the correct agent or other worker might come along with this role as well.

Compensation:
Hours will vary with this full-time position. Expect to work 30-40 hours every week. The starting salary for this position is $30,000/ year.
Qualifications & Skills Needed:
- Previous customer service experience required (bonus points if it was over the phone)
- Proficient with technology – Internet, Microsoft Office products, texting, emailing, social media
- Life and health insurance license welcomed but not required
