Modern Health Solutions helps families and businesses of all sizes find the best solution for their healthcare coverage. As an independent agency, we partner with around 40 different insurance companies across multiple states to help our clients get the best health insurance for their situation. This translates to less medical bills, peace of mind, and greater overall happiness for our clients.

 

Summary of Position:

Our Client Services Representatives (CSRs) are here to make our clients’ lives easier. They will be available to answer questions from clients via phone calls and emails. Our clients often need help locating their ID card, adding a dependent to a policy, canceling their coverage, setting up their online portal for their plan, or remembering what services are covered on their insurance policies. It is also necessary for clients to be notified of upcoming enrollment periods and policy renewals. Most importantly, at Modern Health Solutions, we want our clients to have a seamless onboarding process, which includes welcome messages and follow-up communications. 

These are all things our CSRs will be able to assist with. Current clients may also sometimes want quotes for additional or different coverage. An expert Client Services Representative will learn to navigate our sales tools and guide clients on obtaining new quotes. CSRs will be able to accomplish these tasks by familiarizing themselves with insurance terminology and our different softwares and systems we have in place.

Compensation:

Hours will vary with this full-time position. Expect to work 30-40 hours every week. The starting salary for this position is $30,000/ year.

We can accommodate part-time work as well. Part-time employees will be paid an hourly wage of $15/hour.

 

Qualifications & Skills Needed:

  • Previous customer service experience required (bonus points if it was over the phone)
  • Proficient with technology – Internet, Microsoft Office products, texting, emailing, social media
  • Knowledgable about general insurance terminology and products
  • Life and health insurance license welcomed but not required
